My 3D Models
Carabiner
One of my first serious 3D Models. This carabiner does not have any form of spring, instead relies on a simple clasp that locks the arm in place. I was able to hang onto a pull-up bar with a single carabiner so I was fairly satisfied with this accomplishment.
Parametric Box
A simple parametric box with clasps and hinges. This was actually my second attempt at designing a parametric box, and it is fairly sturdy compared to the first version.
I can change the length, width, height, as well as the size of the clasp.
Book Shaped Box
This was a request from a friend who wanted a box in the shape of a book, so that it can be decorated and filled with thematic trinkets.
It was surprisingly fun to make, and this is what inspired me to build my second version of the Parametric Box shown above.
Pixel 3 Phone Case
This was my first serious attempt with flexible plastic (TPU). I use this phone case, and it has served me well so far.
There are a handful of factors to worry about with TPU, such as the difficulty of overhangs, the inability to use supports, and the amount of stringing that occurs on moves.
Android Figurine
This was my first attempt at a somewhat artistic model. This was done in a CAD tool rather than a 3D modeling tool, which I haven't mastered.
This figurine is actually an 11 piece design where all the pieces get assembled at the end. That was done to make sure the round surfaces are as natural as possible.
Phone Stand
This phone stand is simple and practical. It is small and handy to have around throughout the house.
The phone stand is capable of holding up a tablet too.
There are a few variations, and I have some taller variations to charge the phone while resting vertically.
Dish Washer Sign
This was my first multi-piece design. It was essentially three pieces of plastic clipped together and works surprisingly well.
This design was one of my more popular designs and a handful of my friends have asked me for them.
